The designer's automobile collection — shown publicly at the Museum of Fine Arts Boston ('Speed, Style, and Beauty', 2005) and the Louvre — centers on coachbuilt pre-war European cars and postwar racing icons, including the Bugatti Type 57SC Atlantic, a Ferrari 250 GTO, and the McLaren F1 LM.
